Carlton Larson is a Professor of Law at the University of California, Davis School of Law. He specializes in constitutional law and legal history. He has published in the Yale Law Journal, the Law and History Review, and the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, among others. Larson spent three years in private practice and served as a law clerk to Judge Michael Daly Hawkins of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and his JD from Yale Law School where he was an Articles Editor of The Yale Law Journal.
