Conor P. Williams is a senior researcher in the Early Education Initiative at the New America Foundation. His work addresses educational equity, bilingual education, and immigrant families. Before joining New America, he taught first grade in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. His work has appeared in the Washington Post, Daily Beast, Talking Points Memo, and elsewhere. Dr. Williams holds a PhD and M.A. in government from Georgetown University, an M.S. in teaching from Pace University, and a B.A. in government and Spanish from Bowdoin College.
