Jason Yackee is an associate professor of law at the University of Wisconsin Law School. His research centers on international investment law, international economic relations, foreign arbitration, and administrative law and politics. His articles have appeared in venues such as the Harvard International Law Journal, the Virginia Journal of International Law, the Fordham International Law Journal, the Journal of Politics, and the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory. His work on the federal rulemaking process was awarded the Midwest Political Science Association’s prize for “best paper by an emerging scholar,” and his research on bilateral investment treaties has been funded by the National Science Foundation.
Yackee holds an M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a J.D. Duke University School of Law.
