Kevin R. Kosar (@kevinrkosar) is the Vice president of policy at the R Street Institute. He co-directs the nonpartisan Legislative Branch Capacity Working Group and established LegBranch.org, an online hub for congressional reform and scholarship. Before joining R Street, Kevin worked for the Congressional Research Service, where he served as an analyst and research manager. Earlier in his career, he was a lecturer in policy and public administration at New York University and Metropolitan College of New York.
